Interesting ideas. I think most of them have been suggested before, though... Well... Except for the Trading and Storage one... The Trading one is too easy to manipulate and the Storage one is too much of a variable at all times.
But they're ideas, nontheless.
I'd like to see a title based on your characters age (maybe max is 5 years or something, or it doesn't have a max), but meh.

I love the packrat one, but you'd have to add a time limit, or people would just apss around their stacks of ecto's, well, if they trust others...
Had a full Mat storage for 1-3-4-5-6 months. Then title goes away if you take anything out of it, and resets.
Trading, eh. Way too easy, and way too easy to manipulate.
Boss killing, well, since you have to kill bosses to cap skills, it goes hand in hand with another title track, and that's been discussed to death.
I wouldn't mind seeing an "Actual Level" title.
I'm lvl 20, and have leveled up 37 times since then, which you would call a level 57.
I know, i'm all over the place, but eh. I don't much like the other titles you suggested though.

/not signed for new titles that are achieve inherantly by just playing through the game and not even trying.
(i.e by killing set number of bosses, playing for set number of hours, picking up set number of greens, trading set number of times).
Simple because they are extremely easy titles to achieve, and (yes im going to say it, like I always do) they devalue KOABD.
/notsigned for titles that can simply be bought using gold.
(i.e owning set number of rare items, buying set number of items)
Basically any title that counts something that you've bought, or when you have to purchase something to achieve a rank. Those are unfair because rich players can max them out easily, while poor players suffer.
Titles have to be within reach of every player with no advantage to others. And again if its easy to achieve it devalues KOABD.
/signed for new titles that take actual effort to achieve. By doing something above and beyond what you normally would outside of the storyline. When your asked to move away from the storyline and away from the normal pve route and do something different to achieve it.
But they would have to have extremely high limits to them, to ensure you couldnt simply max them out after just a few days or months.
If any of the suggested titles come under those, then you know my view.

Almost every title falls under these 2 classes: Sweettooth, wisdom title, treasure hunter, drunkard, skill hunter, protector of (insert continent here)...

yes but ur not going to kill every boss to cap their skills a lot of bosses dont have elite skills and there r a lot that have the same ones

How about a title for using every skill in the game at least 150 times? (obviously there's different levels of it) - and since there's so many skills it could be account-wide. It would promote build diversity I think.
Or, a good old title for how many enemies you've participated in the deaths of.
"Butcher of Legions (8) - 1,000,000 enemies slaughtered."
